By downloading, installing, or using the Deadlines mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Deadlines is a mobile application that helps users manage deadlines, set reminders, track due dates, and organize time-sensitive tasks. The App provides live countdowns, calendar views, smart notifications, and category-based organization.

3. User Accounts

The App requires you to create an account to use its features. You may sign up using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Disclaimer

Deadlines is a productivity tool for personal deadline management. The App does not guarantee that you will meet your deadlines, nor does it replace professional project management tools for mission-critical operations. Notification delivery depends on your device settings and network conditions.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and features of the App are the property of Deadlines and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability

Deadlines is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to: missed deadlines, data loss, or any consequences resulting from reliance on App notifications.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
