Connect Deadlines to Claude

Add Deadlines as a custom connector and manage everything by just asking. Claude can read your deadlines and create, update, and complete them for you.

Paste this into the Remote MCP server URL field when adding the connector.

Setup

  1. 1. Add the connector in Claude

    In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Name it “Deadlines” and paste the server URL below.

  2. 2. Sign in to Deadlines

    Claude opens the Deadlines sign-in page. Log in with the same email and password — or Google account — you use in the app.

  3. 3. Allow access

    Approve the connection and you are done. Claude gets a token scoped to your account; your password is never shared with Claude.

Things you can say

  • “What deadlines do I have coming up?”
  • “Add “file quarterly taxes” for January 31st at 5pm”
  • “Set up a monthly rent reminder on the 1st”
  • “Move the dentist appointment to next Friday”
  • “I finished the project review — mark it complete”
  • “What did I miss last month?”

What Claude can do

  • Read upcoming and past deadlines
  • Create deadlines, including recurring ones
  • Update titles, dates, categories and reminders
  • Complete deadlines (recurring ones roll forward automatically)
  • Delete deadlines and manage categories

About access

The connector only ever reaches your own deadlines and categories. You sign in on the Deadlines page itself, so your password is never shared with Claude — it receives only an access token scoped to your account.

To disconnect, remove the connector in Claude. Access tokens expire on their own and can be revoked at any time.
